Easy Breezy Baked Potato

Still from last Christmas lunch. We serve our Ox-Tongue Steak with steamed mix veggie and baked potato. It was the first time. We usually have steak with french fries or mashed potato. Turned out my baked potato was a blast ^_^ And it is, like always, so easy to do.

Ingredients:
potato 3 big (rustic) potato salt n pepper Salt
thyme Thyme oil-olive Olive Oil
black-pepper (grounded) Black Pepper garlic-powdered Garlic Powder
Steps:
  1. Clean potato by brushing it under streaming water. Dry. Cut into 1 cm-wise thick stick, with the skin.
  2. Reheat oven at 200º C.
  3. Put potato sticks onto baking tray, skin on top.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper, and thyme generously. You may add a bit of salt. Shower potato with olive oil.
  5. Bake them for 40 minutes.
  6. Take it out from oven then serve ^^

Kentang Panggang

Bajed Potato

Masih menu Natal kemarin. Kami meyajkan Stik Lidah  dengan sayur dan kentang panggang. Ini pertama kalinya. Biasanya buat kami teman stik adalah kentang goreng atau kentang tumbuk. Ternyata kentang panggang-ku laku keras ! ^_^ Dan, seperti biasa, kentang panggang ini sangat mudah dibuat.

Bahan:
potato 3 Kentang besar salt n pepper Garam (opsional)
thyme Thyme oil-olive Minyak Zaitun
black-pepper Merica Hitam bubuk garlic-powdered Bubuk Bawang Putih
Cara:
  1. Bersikan kentang dengan menyikatnya di bawah air mengalir. Keringkan. Potong memanjang dengan ketebalan 1 cm. Sertakan kulitnya.
  2. Panaskan oven dengan suhu 200º C.
  3. Sebarkan potongan kentang di atas nampang panggang, kulit di atas
  4. Taburi dengan bubuk bawang putih, merica hitang, dan thyme secara royal. Kamu dapat tambahkan sedikit garam
  5. Panggang selama 40 menit.
  6. Keluarkan dari oven dan sajikan ^^
